Even if you have only 4 boxes of cigars that aren't selling (a very conservative amount) - that would tie up $1,200 in lost retail sales.  So even if you did find better prices, those savings quickly get wiped out with $1,200 lost to dead inventory.

THE DETAILS

• There is no deadline for when cigars must be returned. If you’re a current client, we will take them back!

• There is never a restocking fee but you will need to pay to have the products shipped back to us

• Returns must be in their original box, properly humidified and in good, sellable condition. If the cigars are dry, cracked or in any way show signs of wear or abuse then we can’t take them back

• Must be a current client who has ordered in the past 6 months.

• Client’s who’ve spent $3,999 or less on their initial order may exchange up to 1 box per month. Elite Status Members who purchase $4,000 or more are permitted to exchange more. Details here
