Two rules, and we mean them
Break either one and we'll close your account and withhold unpaid commission. They protect you as much as us.
1. Always disclose that you earn a commission
The FTC requires it every time you post a link or code — in the post itself, before the link, where nobody has to hunt for it. Not in a bio, not in a footer, not buried under a "more" fold. It applies to a video description, a tweet, a story, an email, all of it.

2. Only promote to adults 21+
Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for tobacco, with no online exception. Don't post where the audience skews under 21, and never aim cigar content at minors. We age-verify at checkout regardless.
The fine print (short version)
Commission is calculated on product subtotals after discounts (shipping, tax, and card fees don't count). Earnings unlock 30 days after the referred order is paid — that covers refunds and exchanges. Cash payouts start at $100 and go out within a few business days; store credit has no minimum and applies to any MDC order. No self-referrals. One affiliate per referral — first touch wins, 90-day cookie.
Where we can't ship: a few states restrict cigar delivery — Utah and Hawaii today, and California limits which cigars can be sold in-state. Traffic from those states may not convert, through no fault of yours. Worth knowing before you plan around a number.
We don't do coupon or cashback sites. If that's your model, this isn't the right program.
