Before You Pick a Time

Questions about how this call actually works.

Is this really 15 minutes? What if I need longer?
15 minutes is the scheduled slot. If the conversation is productive and you want to keep going, we keep going. If it's clearly not a fit, we wrap up in 10. No padding calls with "next steps" you didn't ask for - that's the house rule.
Do I need to know anything before the call?
No prep required. It helps if you can roughly describe your venue (type, size, traffic), your current cigar program (if any), and what brought you here. But your MDC rep will ask the right questions to fill in the gaps.
Will you ask me to buy something on the call?
No. We don't sell on calls. If MDC is the right fit, you'll get a written proposal afterward to review at your own pace. If it's not, we'll tell you and end the call. That's the model.
What if I'm already working with another distributor?
Most people who book this call are. The point of the call isn't to pull you out of your current setup - it's to help you diagnose whether your current program is running at its potential. Sometimes the answer is "stay put and fix these three things." Sometimes it's "switch." We'll give you the honest read either way.
Can my GM or buying manager join the call instead?
Absolutely. Or alongside you. The more operational detail on the call, the more useful it is. Just note who's joining in the booking form.
Is there any cost?
No. The call is free. There's no obligation to open an account. This is our front door - if you're the right fit, we both benefit; if you're not, no time wasted.
One Last Thing

The worst case is 15 minutes of your time. The best case is a cigar program you actually make money on.
