These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://mdcwholesalecigars.com and the products and services offered by MDC Client Services, LLC ("MDC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Age requirement and business-only sales

We do not sell any tobacco products directly to consumers. This website restricts its sales and transactions to businesses and their representatives. It is not intended to be viewed by anyone under the age of 21. If you are not of legal age, please do not enter this site.

If you are reselling any items purchased from us, you must have all necessary licenses and permits required by the jurisdiction where you are located and where you do business.

2. California Senate Bill 39 compliance

In accordance with California Senate Bill 39 we require adult signature on all shipments and we call after 5:00 PM to confirm the order.

3. Credit card policies

We process Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code does not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email and/or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and for credit card holders.

4. Returns and exchanges

MDC Client Services, LLC guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell, and we want you, the retailer and end customer, to be happy with your purchase. Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, please call us and we will make the proper arrangements to remedy the situation. Please notify us before returning any items. For damaged merchandise, retain all packing material and contact us immediately.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
