About this cigar
Illusione Original Documents f9 represents the rarified end of Dino Lauricella's vision: a blend conceived as a living document, evolving with each iteration. The f9 designation marks this as the ninth iteration of the formula, refined through years of experimentation with aged tobaccos sourced primarily from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. What distinguishes this lonsdale is its balance of restraint and complexity. The wrapper presents a medium brown, supple finish that draws the eye without demanding it. Expect a layered smoke that opens with subtle pepper and cedar, transitioning toward notes of cocoa and toasted almond on the midpalate. The construction is exemplary. Lauricella's attention to long-leaf filler tobacco and proper aging means you're smoking a cigar that rewards a measured pace. This is not a power statement. It's an afternoon or evening offering for the retailer or lounge owner whose clientele appreciates nuance over bravado. The lonsdale format makes it accessible without sacrificing sophistication. For your premium cases and walk-in customers seeking something beyond the obvious, the f9 fills that gap between everyday and special occasion. A box of 25 is the right quantity for curating selection without overcommitting to shelf space.
