About this cigar
Viaje's WLP Szivar Unit represents the brand's commitment to exploring lesser-known cigar traditions, drawing inspiration from Hungarian cigar culture. This is not a mainstream release, and that's precisely the point. Viaje founder Andre Farkas has built his reputation on boutique blends that reward the curious retailer and the adventurous customer. The Szivar Unit presents a medium-bodied experience wrapped in a silky Ecuadorian Habano that shows subtle complexity without aggression. Expect earthy undertones with hints of cedar and a refined spice that builds gradually. The smoking experience unfolds deliberately, rewarding patience with layers of dried fruit and subtle sweetness on the finish. This is a cigar that benefits from a thoughtful setting: a leather chair with a cognac, or late evening when the day's rush has finally cleared. For lounge owners and specialty retailers, the Szivar Unit speaks to customers who've moved beyond the standard portfolio. It's the kind of offering that establishes credibility with discerning smokers and opens conversations about deeper, more intentional cigar exploration. A 25-count box positions well for the serious buyer who wants to stock something genuinely different.
